Return & Exchanges
At Amigas Studio, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange, we’ve got you covered!
How to Request a Return or Exchange:
You have 15 days from the date of your purchase to request an exchange or a return in the form of a store voucher. To get started, simply visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal and enter your order number to follow the steps. Once your request is processed, we’ll email you a return label and instructions. Remember, your item must be in perfect condition with original tags attached.
Exchanging Products:
Exchanges are free! You’ll only need to cover the shipping costs. Once we’ve received your exchange item and confirmed it’s in perfect condition, we’ll notify you by email with a link to pay for the shipping of your new piece. If you choose something of higher value, you’ll be asked to pay the difference; if it’s lower, we’ll refund the difference.
Your new item will be on its way within our usual 2-5 business days preparation time (not including shipping, which varies by location).
Returning Products:
Once we’ve received your returned item and verified it’s in perfect condition, you’ll receive an email with a voucher code you can use in our store. The voucher is valid for up to one year.
Product Quality & Condition:
Every piece from Amigas Studio is lovingly handcrafted, and we embrace the unique characteristics and imperfections that make each piece special. These details are part of the design, so please keep in mind that slight variations may occur.
We do not offer returns on items that are custom, or any items purchased with a discount code or special promotion.
Returns & Exchanges Eligibility:
- You have 15 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.
- Please note that sales items or items purchased with a discount or promo code are non-returnable.
Refunds:
If you need a full refund, please reach out to us via email at hello@amigasstudio.com. Refunds will be processed once we’ve received and inspected the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and refunds will only be made to the original payment method.
If an item arrives damaged or if there was an error on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Just reach out within 15 days of receiving your order, and we’ll take care of it.

- Refunds may take 3-5 business days depending on your bank’s processing time.
